Top and Talent

Academy Bartels created the concept of a talent development plan for the Rabobank The Netherlands in 1998. A year later Academy Bartels started the Rabo Talentplan. The plan rapidly grew and in 2002 the Rabobank remained the sponsor, when the Talentplan was handed over to the Royal Dutch Equestrian Federation (KNHS). Academy Bartels was contracted to manage the project. There has been a close cooperation between the KNHS, Academy Bartels and the Rabobank ever since. Sponsor activities were elaborated in 2005 and now the sponsoring of Rabobank The Netherlands includes the Rabo Rankings and the national teams in the Olympic disciplines dressage, show jumping and eventing. Starting point is the theme 'Top and Talent'.
